• Arrival Time: Please arrive at your designated pick-up location 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. The driver will wait for up to 15 minutes at the meeting point.

• Follow the instruction of our driver/guide to the time duration .
• Make sure you a physical fit and in good condition.
• For Minor/Pregnant Women/Senior/Person with disability medical clearance must present in our driver/staff (electronic copy is recognized), And must be accompanied by a relative.

• Payment Process: Upon Pick up we will require you to pay 50% of the total rate of the tour package. And the Remaining Balance is to be paid after the service is done and upon drop off .

1. Booking & Luggage

• This trip allows free luggage. Please inform us of the number of luggage in advance upon registration.
• Once the booking is confirmed, date changes are allowed provided you inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour date.
• Any loss or additional cost caused by late notice will be borne by the guest.

2. Pick-Up & Punctuality

• Guests must arrive at the designated pick-up location on time. Late arrivals may result in missed participation without refund.
• Departure times may be adjusted slightly due to peak season or special circumstances. Final timing will be confirmed by the driver or travel officer.

3. Itinerary Adjustments & Force Majeure

• Tour schedules may change due to force majeure, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters (typhoons, floods, earthquakes, volcanic activity)
• Traffic conditions or road accidents
• Severe weather (heavy rain, fog, strong winds)
• Government regulations or emergency controls
• Health emergencies among passengers
• Social events (strikes, protests, unrest)
• Mechanical breakdown of transport In such cases, the driver/guide may rearrange the order of attractions with guest consent, provided no attractions are removed. Delays or cancellations due to these factors are not valid grounds for refunds.

4. Meals & Expenses

• Meals are not included in this tour.
• Guests are responsible for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Some restaurants may not allow outside food or table use without ordering.

5. Weather & Seasonal Conditions

• Outdoor activities may be suspended or adjusted for safety due to weather.
• Tourist spots may change operating hours or cancel activities without prior notice.
• Flowering and viewing conditions depend on weather; tours proceed as scheduled even if peak viewing conditions are not met. Guests sensitive to this should book with caution.

6. Shopping Disclaimer

• Some attractions or rest stops may include shopping areas, which are not designated shopping stops by the travel agency.
• Purchases are at the guest’s discretion. Any disputes are the guest’s responsibility.
• Privately operated entertainment venues may exist at destinations; some may lack legal permits. Guests are advised to consume with caution.

7. Travel Tips

• Keep your mobile phone active throughout the trip.
• Guests prone to motion or seasickness should prepare medication in advance.
• Wear comfortable clothing and shoes; bring sunscreen, insect repellent, windbreaker, extra clothes for water activities, and a camera.
• Avoid bringing valuables (e.g., jewelry). Loss or damage is the guest’s responsibility.

• Activities such as swimming, diving, ziplining, and canyoneering involve inherent risks. Please assess your physical condition before joining.
• Guests must carry and safeguard their passport and valuables.

9. Age & Health Requirements
